For RI Monthly’s Top Doctors Award winners:
The framed award will be the cover of the Top Doctors award winners issue and a nameplate mounted below in a separate window within the frame.
Make sure to include your practice/organization name, award year, and contact information in the form before checkout.
Example: “ABC Practice, 20XX, Dr. John/Jane Doe (address, phone number)”
For 2025 winners who are ordering and not attending the event:
Framed awards will be completed and released after May 7th. Awards purchased through us will not be available or delivered to the event, and must either be picked up at Providence Picture Frame or shipped.
If you are attending the event, please RSVP with RI Monthly to ensure your spot and award at the event venue.
Pickup and Shipping:

All orders have an estimated fabrication time of 14 business days from when the order is placed. Items to be shipped will be sent from our workshop after 7-10 days to allow for production lead time.
If you are shipping more than one award, please call us at (401) 421-6196 to arrange for discounted shipping charges.
